All items need to be quoted for individually. However, as a guide, prices start at £10 + VAT for a very small item and a standard engagement ring would cost £30 + VAT. We offer discounts for bulk printing. Our 3d printing is extremely high quality and does not have build lines or the poor definition of cheaper printing services.

We accept the following mesh file types: 3dm, Rhino 3d, step, stl and obj. Any other file format has to be converted to stl or obj. You can either email your files to us or for large files please use the free file transfer service www.wetransfer.com.

Yes, we are experts in CAD and can make alterations requested including resizing, hollowing, thickening, thinning and adding or taking away details. We are happy to provide a quote for the work involved before going ahead.

Once payment has been received, castable wax prints are usually printed overnight ready for the next day at 11am. Castable resin and non-castable plastic prints are usually next day but can be done same day if urgent.

Yes, but postage charges will apply. We usually send by Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm at a cost of £9 + VAT for small items. Large items would be more. Wax prints will be sent at your risk as they are delicate and we are happy to arrange casting locally to us where we would hand deliver your wax prints rather than posting them
