Terms and Conditions
1. All goods whether tangible or non-tangible remain our property until payment is received in full.
2. Mailings are at the customer’s own risk. Reprints of models due to damage or breakage during transit will be chargeable, as will any additional P&P incurred.
3. Sometimes waxes fail to cast due to issues with the casting process. If you are using your own casting company, we do not take responsibility for casting failures and wax reprints will be chargeable. If we have arranged and charged you for casting, we will cover the cost of reprints in the case of casting failures.
4. Bespoke goods are those specifically personalised and/or tailored to your specifications.
5. Any changes you make to your bespoke job after we have received confirmation of your order may incur a charge if work has already been undertaken, including CAD and 3d prints.
6. Once designs are approved by clients, any further changes may incur a charge, including 3d reprints, if applicable.
7. Bespoke goods, both digital and non-digital, which are delivered as described will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting of bespoke goods returned in error. Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge. Any problems with a bespoke order must be reported to us by email within 14 days of receipt.
8. We do not cover consequential losses incurred resulting from the use of our services.
9. Invoices are payable on receipt unless we have agreed to extend 1 month of credit to you. Invoices which remain unpaid after 1 month will be liable to interest at 8% from the date of the invoice.
10. Goods left in trust are the client’s own risk. We recommend that clients have their own insurance cover in place before leaving the goods with us.
11. We reserve the right to retain goods left in trust until our invoice or invoices have been paid. Goods left in trust may be sold or acquired as company property to cover the cost plus any accrued interest of invoices which remain unpaid after 3 months and after 3 requests for payment.
12. Goods left in trust that remain uncollected 3 months after completion of the job, will be disposed of, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
13. The placement of an order implies the acceptance of our terms and conditions.
